Business insurance: Okay to be combined to my suppliers insurance?

I am perplexing to get ubiquitous blurb guilt for a commercial operation we am starting in Ontario, Canada. we only got a allude to observant which they need me to be combined to my supplier’s insurance. we do not see because we need to be referred to upon a supplier’s word when we am shopping a product as well as reselling, we am not operative for a supplier. we am operative independently, as a wholesaler, we could say. Will this be a hastle, will a retailer or his word have lots of questions for me, or is it standard?
Thanks all!

Right. Your tradesman substantially gets LOTS of these requests, to supplement a tradesman as one more insured – vendor. MOST if not ALL of a businesses he sells to, will be requiring this.

You have been shopping a product as well as reselling. If a product is defective, as well as there is a product guilt legal box involved, we wish cover underneath a supplier’s policy, not yours.

Most word companies will REFUSE to give we product guilt coverage, if your tradesman doesn’t have any product guilt coverage, or won’t supplement we to their policy.

As a wholesaler, we WOULD be declared in any legal box for a product guilt case.

That’s Vendor’s Liability endorsement. Check your stipulate with your supplier.

Are we only reselling or do we have adjustments, repairs, improvements upon any of a products we have been to sell?? If we have been only reselling, we shouldn’t have any problems obtaining this coverage from your supplier.

Basically what it says is which your supplier’s word CGL will urge we as well as yield insurance in box of corporeal repairs and/or skill repairs due to a manufacturer’s / supplier’s authorised guilt for a products it distributes or manufacture.
