HR is a vital component of any business and the analyst should go through intense training on personelle issues as well as payroll, customer service, and retirement benefits. Human resources is often viewed as the soul of a company. Every employee goes through the hiring process with Human Resources and they always refer back to HUman Resources with any questions or problems. Requirements training should also be take for the IT department. This is a very technical field so for a business analyst to truly understand what happens within this field they should go through an intense training process. The next requirements training for business analysis should be taken within the shipping and receiving department. Within this department much of the efficiency of a business is lost or gained. A thorough analysis of this department could yield many results for a company. The last requirements training for business analysis is at the executive level. A good analysis starts at the top. If the chief executive makes minor changes then a company could turn around. This training will help an analysis watch for those necessary changes.
